Best for
This robot suits pet owners and busy households with hard floors who want daily, hands-off mopping and vacuuming, but skip it if you expect compact sizing or can not risk possible warranty friction.
What buyers say
Most owners agree this robot vacuum and mop delivers powerful, quiet cleaning with very little daily maintenance thanks to its self-emptying base and self-washing mops. The trade-off is that you should expect a large base station and occasional sensor or app hiccups that might require warranty patience.
Loved by buyers
- •Smart pathfinding that adapts to changing floor layouts, glides under low furniture, and rarely gets stuck on obstacles.
- •Genuinely quiet operation on standard modes, letting it run even while you work or relax at home.
- •Rotating mops with edge-extension scrubbing that get close to baseboards and leave floors streak-free.
Buyer concerns
- •Defective units do surface, and warranty support can be slow and unhelpful, leaving some buyers without a working robot for weeks.
- •Sensors have been reported to fail after a few months, requiring a replacement under warranty.
- •The base station footprint is large, eating up noticeable floor space in tighter homes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery last on a full charge?+
In real home tests, it runs over 120 minutes on standard suction, covering 800 square feet mixed flooring without needing a recharge.
Is it quiet enough to run while I'm home?+
Yes, most owners say they barely notice it during normal cleaning, though it gets louder when debris is stuck inside.
Does it avoid pet messes on the floor?+
The obstacle avoidance will bypass wet messes like hairballs or pet waste, but loose charging cords left on the floor still cause tangles.
How often do I need to refill the clean water tank?+
With the large 4.5L tank and self-refilling mop washing, many owners refill only every few days, even with daily mopping.
Can it clean carpets effectively?+
It recognizes carpets and ramps up suction automatically; most find it cleans low-to-medium pile well, though deep pile may still need a dedicated vacuum.
