Eureka
Eureka Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner ReactiSense 440, 60-Min Runtime, Anti-Tangle Brushroll, Intelligent Sensing Technology, Ideal for Pet Hair, HardFloors & Carpets
Best for
This is a practical pick for pet owners in apartments or smaller homes who want a lightweight, auto-adjusting cordless vacuum for mixed floors and daily hair pickup. Skip it if you need more than 25 minutes of continuous high-suction runtime or prefer a vacuum that glides with minimal resistance on plush carpet.
What buyers say
Most owners agree this vacuum delivers strong suction, gives reliable anti-tangle performance, and feels light enough to carry from room to room. The main trade-off is battery life, which in auto or high mode often lasts only 18–25 minutes instead of the listed 60, so it works best for quick sessions rather than whole-home deep cleans.
Loved by buyers
- •Suction that rivals corded vacuums, pulling deep dirt from carpets and debris from hard floors without losing power.
- •The brushroll genuinely prevents hair from wrapping, saving the frustration of cutting out tangles after every use.
- •Auto-adjust suction reads the floor and dirt level, which helps extend battery and makes transitions between surfaces smooth.
Buyer concerns
- •Battery drains faster than many expect: in auto or high mode, expect 18–25 minutes of runtime, far below the 60-minute claim.
- •Auto mode sometimes stays in high gear even on bare floors that are already clean, which wastes battery needlessly.
- •The brushroll digs into carpet so aggressively that some find it harder to push on thicker rugs, though this also improves dirt pickup.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery really last on one charge?+
It varies. On low, you might get close to 60 minutes, but in auto or high mode, expect 18–25 minutes. For a small apartment or quick daily cleanups, one charge is usually enough. Larger homes may need a second battery or a mid-clean recharge.
Is the filtration good for allergies and pet odors?+
Yes. The sealed H13 HEPA system traps 99.95% of fine particles and odors, so little dust escapes back into the room while you clean.
How noisy is this vacuum compared to others?+
It is not whisper-quiet, but owners consistently describe the noise as reasonable and less irritating than some other cordless models. The sound level increases on high power, though it is not considered a dealbreaker for most households.
