NARWAL
NARWAL Flow 2 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, 31000Pa, FlowWash Mop, White
Best for
Best for single-level homes with a mix of carpets and hard floors where quiet, hands-off cleaning of pet hair and daily mess is a priority; skip if you need an ultra-light robot to carry between floors or want a plug-and-play mapping experience.
What buyers say
This robot vacuum and mop delivers deep carpet cleaning and streak-free mopping with a fresh-water system that owners say outperforms spinning pads. The main trade-off is that you'll need patience with initial mapping and navigation quirks, and the unit is heavier than most alternatives.
Loved by buyers
- •The FlowWash mop scrubs floors with hot water and always uses clean water, so it doesn't leave streaks or spread dirt.
- •Operates quietly enough for nighttime cleaning without waking the household.
- •AI cameras reliably avoid cords and recognize objects like shoes, reducing the need to pre-tidy floors.
Buyer concerns
- •Initial mapping can be frustrating: the map editor doesn't show obstacles or stuck points, making no-go zones hard to place.
- •Despite the anti-tangle claim, long hair can wrap around the brush roll edges and needs manual removal.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to remap if I move the dock?+
No, the robot recognizes the new location and updates the map automatically in seconds.
How does the pet interaction feature work?+
You can use the app to have the robot search for a pet and play barking or meowing sounds to engage it.
Can it get over high thresholds or thick rugs?+
It handles typical transitions from hardwood to tile and low rugs smoothly; initial mapping may struggle if a thick rug is very close to the dock, but it works fine once mapped.
