What buyers say
Most owners find this robot delivers reliably clean floors thanks to a roller mop that uses fresh water continuously and navigation that rarely gets stuck. The main trade-off is accepting its taller profile, which limits access under low furniture, and giving up a dedicated mop-only mode.
Loved by buyers
- •Roller mop scrubs floors with clean water instead of dragging dirty water around, leaving a polished look.
- •Logical navigation paths handle multiple rooms efficiently without getting stuck.
- •Dual side brushes pull pet hair and debris away from edges and baseboards.
Buyer concerns
- •Water leakage can develop over time, as a few owners reported puddles near the base.
- •No automatic detergent dispenser, so soap must be measured and added manually to the tank.
- •Mopping uses room-temperature water, which may struggle with tough dried messes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it handle pet hair well?+
Yes, owners with multiple shedding dogs report that strong suction and dual side brushes capture pet hair effectively, even along baseboards.
Is the dock noisy?+
The hot air drying fan is a bit louder than some competitors, but most say it is not disruptive enough to avoid placing the dock in living areas.
Can it mop without vacuuming first?+
No, aside from spot cleaning, the robot always vacuums before or during mopping. This prevents debris from smearing, which many find a practical design choice.
Will it fit under low furniture?+
Its taller body and non-retractable lidar mean it may not clear low-clearance furniture like end tables. Measure your gaps to be sure.
How long does the battery last?+
The battery runs up to 150 minutes per charge, enough for large homes; heavy mopping and high suction reduce this somewhat.
