Roborock
roborock Saros 10R Robot Vacuum and Mop, 22,000 Pa Suction, Zero-Tangling, 3.14’’ Ultra Slim, FlexiArm Riser Technology for Carpet & Floor, Corner & Edge Cleaning, Self-Emptying, Hot Air Drying, Black
Best for
Worth the splurge for hard-floor pet homes that want the slimmest body and strongest dock automation; skip if dog food on floors or frequent bag changes will frustrate you.
What buyers say
The dock washes mop pads in hot water and dries them, which heavy-use homes run every night. The auto-empty base clogs at choke points when it picks up dog kibble or large wood chips, dust bags in heavy-shed homes last two to three weeks instead of months, and the onboard bin has no full sensor so you must split rooms in the app to force mid-run returns. Some owners report the mop pads leave a visible gap line on LVP plank flooring that needs a second pass.
Loved by buyers
- •3.14-inch body reaches under beds, sofas, and toe-kick areas that LiDAR-tower bots miss
- •DuoDivide roller and FlexiArm side brush stay hair-free for months in heavy-shed homes
- •Dock washes mop pads in hot water, dries them, and auto-empties so daily runs stay hands-off
Buyer concerns
- •Auto-empty base clogs at a narrow choke point when it swallows dog kibble or wood chips
- •Dust bags in multi-pet homes last only two to three weeks, and replacements are not cheap
- •Onboard bin fills fast with no full sensor; you must split rooms in the app to force mid-run empties
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it handle pet hair well, even from heavy shedders?+
Yes, it picks up heavy pet hair and the zero-tangling brush prevents buildup. One reviewer with 4 dogs and 7 cats says it keeps floors clean daily, though a clingy rug may need extra attention.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?+
It runs for over 2 hours. A reviewer reports it cleans for two hours or more before needing to recharge, but recharging to full takes several hours.
Is it noisy, especially on hard floors?+
No, it is much quieter than older robot vacuums, even at max suction. Multiple reviewers compare its noise level to a dishwasher or say it is barely noticeable.
Will it mop hardwood floors without soaking area rugs?+
Yes, it detects carpets and lifts the mop pads automatically to avoid wetting them. Users confirm it vacuums rugs and only mops hard surfaces.
How often do I need to empty the dustbin?+
The onboard bin is small and fills quickly in large rooms, but the auto-empty dock empties it automatically. You can schedule room-by-room cleaning to ensure it empties as needed.
