Best for
Mixed-floor homes that want a vacuum-mop combo handling daily maintenance with minimal hands-on work, and are willing to learn a finicky app; skip if you want simple scheduling out of the box or expect fast warranty repair turnaround.
What buyers say
The L10s Ultra impresses with fast LiDAR mapping, strong vacuuming on medium-pile rugs, and dual spinning mops that scrub floors cleaner than drag-pad bots. The base handles emptying, pad washing, and drying so daily upkeep is just water tank refills. The app schedule system uses unintuitive Shortcuts and Tasks with no setup wizard, the mop drain tube clogs and can leak puddles, and repair delays stretch into months for owners of failed units.
Loved by buyers
- •dual spinning mops scrub floors noticeably cleaner than drag-pad bots, lifting kitchen film and dirt
- •LiDAR maps a whole floor in under 10 minutes and avoids walls and furniture without bumping
- •base auto-empties dust, washes mop pads, and dries them with hot air, cutting daily work to water refills
Buyer concerns
- •app scheduling requires building unintuitive Shortcuts and Tasks with no setup wizard
- •small drain tube between dirty water tank and mop wash tray clogs and leaks puddles
- •cords, socks, and lightweight bath mats still trap the bot without careful no-go zone setup

Yes, it runs quietly enough to operate while sleeping. Multiple reviewers mention it's much quieter than previous robot vacuums and barely audible in the next room.
