Best for
It's best for busy pet-owning households who want a robot that slides under low couches and rarely needs manual untangling, but skip it if you're not willing to gamble on the occasional quality hiccup and sluggish support.
What buyers say
Most owners find the X60 Max Ultra delivers strong suction, smart navigation, and a genuinely slim body that reaches under low furniture.
Loved by buyers
- •Its 3.13-inch height genuinely gets under most sofas and beds, catching dust you would otherwise miss.
- •Even homes with multiple pets stay hair-free because the suction and anti-tangle brush handle fur without wrapping it around the roller.
- •The dual AI cameras and front LED light let it dodge toys, cords, and pet accidents on its own, so you don't have to pre-pickup the floor.
Buyer concerns
- •When units arrive used or defective out of the box, the return and replacement process can be slow and frustrating.
- •Hardware failures, though not common, are painful because customer service often takes weeks to resolve without you pushing.
- •The robot occasionally loses its bearings after app updates, wandering until the battery dies.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery last on a full charge?+
It can run for roughly two hours on a single charge, enough for most open-plan floors before returning to the dock to top up if needed.
Is it quiet enough to run at night?+
On lower suction modes, it's whisper-quiet and won't disturb sleep, but the max setting is noticeable.
Does it require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network to set up?+
Yes, you need a 2.4 GHz band for pairing; it won't connect to 5 GHz, so a dual-band router that separates networks is necessary.
Can it cross high thresholds or sliding door tracks?+
It can step over obstacles up to 3.47 inches, including most door saddles and sliding track rails, though very steep edges might trip it up.
