Eufy
eufy E25 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, 20,000 Pa Suction, HydroJet Self-Clean Roller Mop, All-in-One Station, Extendable Side Brush, Zero-Tangle for Pet Hair, AI Obstacle Avoidance
Best for
Large homes with mixed hard floors and shedding pets where vacuum-and-mop automation matters more than edge perfection; expect to spot-clean baseboards by hand weekly.
What buyers say
The eufy E25 wins repeat buyers from older Roomba and eufy models with noticeably quieter operation, stronger suction, and a roller mop that washes itself mid-job. The base station auto-empty cycle is loud, and the mop leaves a narrow unwashed strip along baseboards.
Loved by buyers
- •Quiet enough during vacuuming to take work calls in the same room, a leap over older robots
- •Dust bin fills with fine powder and pet hair that a prior manual vacuum left behind
- •HydroJet roller mop scrubs and self-cleans with clean water during the run
Buyer concerns
- •Dock emptying and mop-washing cycles are jarringly loud
- •Roller mop cannot reach the last inch along baseboards and under tall kickboards
- •Low-water alert shows up late in the app, leaving the mop to run dry
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it quiet enough to run while I'm working from home?+
Yes, it is quiet enough for office use. One reviewer said they don't turn it off during conference calls, and another found it three times quieter than an older Eufy model.
Can it handle pet hair from multiple shedding dogs or cats?+
Yes, it picks up a significant amount of pet hair. Multiple owners of shedding dogs and cats report it collects fur even after using a standard vacuum.
How well does the mopping function work? Will it scrub tough stains?+
Mopping works well for daily cleaning, but it does not remove set-in stains. One reviewer noted the dirty water tank gets gross, but the mop lacks pressure for scrubbing stains.
Does it automatically empty its own dustbin and refill water?+
Yes, the base station empties the dustbin into a 3L bag and refills the water tank. Users confirm self-emptying and self-washing of the mop.
Will it transition from hard floors to carpet without dragging water or getting stuck?+
Yes, the mop lifts to protect carpets, and it navigates thresholds smoothly. Reviewers report no issues with transitions between floor types.
