Giraffe Tools
Giraffe Tools Grandstorm Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner with 6 Nozzles, 30 FT Retractable Hose Wall Mounted Vacuum Cleaner for Car Detailing, Grey（No Remote Control Funtion）
Best for
Someone who wants a permanent, space saving vacuum for car detailing and light garage debris, and doesn't mind a potentially tricky drywall installation. Skip it if you need maximum suction for woodworking or large debris piles.
What buyers say
After going through reviews, we can say most owners love the space saving design and retractable hose, but mounting can be a real headache. The trade off is that securing it on drywall often means a trip to the hardware store, and a few owners wish the suction matched a full size shop vac.
Loved by buyers
- •Frees up valuable garage floor space with its wall mounted design
- •The retractable hose extends 30 feet and rewinds smoothly, making cleanup genuinely convenient
- •Includes a rolling floor nozzle that glides across concrete floors without sticking
Buyer concerns
- •Included drywall anchors are flimsy; expect to buy stronger hardware if you can't hit studs
- •The hose doesn't always retract fully, so you might need to feed it in manually
- •Plastic attachments feel brittle and one owner had one crack after a short fall
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the hose retract all the way on its own?+
It usually does, but a few owners found it stops short and needs a gentle push to roll up completely, so it isn't always hands free.
Can I mount this on drywall without studs?+
The included anchors struggle on drywall alone; we'd recommend heavy duty anchors or, better yet, screwing into at least one stud for a secure hold.
Is the suction comparable to a regular shop vac?+
It's slightly less powerful than a 5hp shop vac, but plenty for everyday garage dust, pet hair, and light debris. It might not satisfy heavy duty jobs.
How loud is this vacuum?+
Pleasantly quiet, according to several owners, which makes it less intrusive than a traditional shop vac.
